Felicity update and Winter Angel!

Knitting Felicity is going slower than I hoped. I haven't spent much time stitching this week. But here's an update:



I got the wings and most of the skirt done last night.



I was going to omit the bird and background, but now I think I'll include them. The bird will add a little sparkle- it calls for silver metallic thread. I should still have her done by the weekend. I hope so, because I finally have Lesley Teare's Winter Angel in hand!!



I can't wait to finish her and then post all four side by side here! I hope to start her next week. She's a little more complicated than the other three. It has metallics, blending filaments (yucko!) and beads. The chart says it will take approximately six weeks. I might get it done in a month. No way I'll finish it in three like the rest!
