Christmas presents!

I got some great stuff for Christmas!

I now have the first four Mirabilia Holiday fairies. The book my mom picked out for me is wonderful. It has some beautiful designs, but some are too complicated for me!

2006 in review: 25+ projects- a dozen of them somewhat large, the rest were cards or small samplers. My favorite of the year: Mirabilia's Christmas Fairy, followed by the Lesley Teare Autumn and Winter Angels. The projects I had the most trouble with: Antique Shoes and the Frank Lloyd Wright window.

2007 plans: Royal Holiday (get a good start on it, at least), another antique shoes sampler (this one nowhere near as complicated as the one I just finished), the two kits from Christmas, plus the Easter fairy:

I'll continue to work on Carousel, and maybe I'll finally be able to work on HMS Victory.

My mom loved the Antique Shoes. She can't wait to get it framed. The cards and ornaments were loved by all as well! 2006 was a very good year for stitching.
