I plan on buying a copy of my own eventually. This is filled with great cake recipes and step by step instructions on how to create the cakes. The cakes are very complex, but the instructions are easy to follow. These are my favorites from the book:

Confetti Cakes of New York is a very famous bakery- one cake was actually used in an episode of Sex in the City!
