I'll finish the body, then put her away while I stitch a couple of little presents and cards for Father's Day/anniversaries. I've got some great things planned...but I'm not ready to put away this beautiful fairy yet. I'm really getting into it! I love the colors, and the beads are going to make it really something. This is going to be the biggest Mirabilia piece I've ever done- at least until I do finally finish Royal Holiday. Which I will do someday, honest!

Personally if I am really getting into the groove/flow of stitching something, I RIDE IT. Cause I know I might struggle to get back into it later :)
Then again, in your case that decision is kinda difficult, father's day is important! LOL!
She looks GORGEOUS so far! I have this one on my wishlist too, but I will probably stitch her without the wings.
Looking forward to watching her progress!
Fortunately, the project I have in mind for my dad is a one weekend project. Possibly a one nighter. The anniversary presents for my parents and sister and bro-in-law are a little more complicated, but not so much that I'll have to put Fairy away for long. :D
*sobs* you sound far far too organised! The furthest I've got in terms of my stitching plans is finishing my current project up into a scissor fob, finishing Bloomers by Ink Circles, hopefully by then Just Nan's Sirens Sampler will have arrived so I can stitch that along with another Just Nan fan... but if it hasn't... ergh! DECISIONS!
Believe me, I'm not really that organized. I get easily distracted. I have to at least try to plan out projects, or I'd never finish ANYTHING! :p
