More dragon work, and a quick review...

I saw Ratatouille today. I really enjoyed it. It had a much better story than Cars. It was a little too sophisticated for kids, but I think they'll appreciate it when they get older. Cute characters (for rats, anyway), nice message about believing you can do anything (in this case, cook). There were a couple of slow spots, and it's not as funny as previous Disney/Pixar offerings, but it was definitely more intelligent and grown up. I loved the visuals.

Who couldn't love that view? Ah, Paris!

Watching the movie made me want to run to my kitchen and cook up some French cuisine- without the help of Remy the rat, of course.

Back to stitching- here is another four hours of work on the dragon:

The border is done. Now comes the hard part- the specialty stitches and the finishing! I love how the silk threads turned out.
